It's been on my to do list. But, somehow I've managed to put it off. And, again, put it off. Until now! This is the beginning of my blog. I decided to start a blog because sometimes I find my self rocking a baby in the middle of the night with lots to talk about a nobody to talk with. Since becoming a Mom, I have so much to think about, talk about, and worry about. I am sure that many other new Moms feel the same way. Being a Mom is completely consuming and utterly amazing. I can't get enough of my sweet baby girl! I also, can't seem to get enough sleep. :) That's just part of the job, I guess!
During all this non-sleeping time, I've been managing to keep quite busy! The holidays are sadly over and there is so much cleaning to do in our house! We still have our tree up and both my husband and I are just pretending it's not there! Hopefully we will get around to taking it down soon! How can I even think about taking down a Christmas tree or cleaning when I have a PARTY to plan! My little Charlotte is going to turn 1 in less than a month! There is so much fun to plan! I am having a blast making her party invitations and her special birthday dress is on the way! I am so excited for the day, but don't mind if it takes its time getting here. I kind of feel like the birthday party is there to help distract the Mom from the truth - her baby isn't a baby anymore!
